Charitable Giving & Impact Policy

Aloha Hawaiians is a for-profit apparel brand with an enduring commitment to environmental stewardship, wildlife protection, and cohesive community.

At this time, Aloha Hawaiians is not formally partnered with any charitable organizations, and no charitable donations have yet been distributed.

How Our Giving Model Works

Rather than donating at the point of sale, Aloha Hawaiians plans to establish a charitable giving fund based on net profits reported in the company’s 2026 business tax return.

Sales of specific products and collections may be internally tracked for planning and reporting purposes only.
These internal tracking references do not represent immediate donations, do not guarantee charitable contributions from individual purchases, and do not create a charitable obligation tied to any specific transaction.

At the conclusion of the 2026 fiscal year, Aloha Hawaiians will evaluate total business performance and, if profitable, determine charitable contributions based on official tax filings and available net income.

Intended Allocation Guidelines

If and when charitable contributions are made, Aloha Hawaiians may use the following non-binding internal planning guidelines:

  • Standard product collections may inform an internal charitable allocation target of up to 4% of annual net profits

  • Featured collections may inform an internal charitable allocation target of up to 8% of annual net profits

These guidelines are internal planning references only and do not constitute promises, guarantees, or fixed allocation formulas.

Additionally, Aloha Hawaiians may share charitable giving updates through its email newsletter, which may include non-financial details such as photographs, acknowledgments, or impact summaries provided by recipient organizations.

Any such communications will reflect completed donations only and will not constitute advance commitments or guarantees of future charitable contributions.
